How to Use the Owner Builder Pool Cost Tool

  TO CALCULATE YOUR SELF BUILDER POOL COST          
               
  Input your pool length and width in metres (1 foot = 0.305 metres).          
               
  The basic pool cost will be calculated on the basis that the pool           
  water depth is 1.25m deep.            
               
  The tool assumes that there is adequate access for a digger             
  and a vehicle to cart away excavation arisings at a rate of £10 per ton.          
               
               
  The tool calculates the cost of materials and excludes all labour costs.          
               
  The tool does not provide for the pool coping stones or paved area around the         
  pool. A tool will be available for this soon
